IPv6 Rollout Will Continue to Accelerate
Over the past few years, the adoption of IPv6 has accelerated substantially, and this trend is probably going to continue. Compared to IPv4, IPv6 has many benefits, such as a much larger address space, enhanced security features, and greater compatibility for cutting-edge technologies like mobile networks and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
Organizations and service providers are adopting IPv6 more frequently to future-proof their networks and assure scalability as the need for internet-connected devices grows and the supply of IPv4 addresses becomes more limited. Further propelling IPv6 growth are the numerous internet service providers (ISPs) and significant tech businesses that have been actively pushing its deployment.
